i’m listening to some cut and paste, and Nena’s 99 Luftballons is sampled for a couple minutes. i like the vocals (and it has one of the best bass hooks of the 20th century) and i enjoy deducing whether women are attractive based on their voices, so i look her up. i knew the song is from the 80s, but she’s 48 now. that doesn’t mean she’s not still hot, but honestly…
