increased all the reps in my daily workout by a good amount today, the old one was getting easy. it was a huge difference, i was totally winded when i finished. felt great.

got huge bad news today, ugh. i don’t know how i wasn’t in a bad mood all day. insane.

i watched a “classic albums” on a night at the opera, and it was so fun. i can’t remember the last time 45 minutes went by that quickly.
