that is a flamethrower on bloor street

i look out the window today and i see some construction looking guy using a flamethrower on kind of a concrete balcony. i think he was speed drying new concrete, based on how the floor there looks and his dirty pants and shoes. check it out:

    Dang, that is pretty intense. It’s also a little weird how much it flares up. Was it windy out? It seems like something that’s meant to be used as a tool would be a little more consistent, but I’m not exactly knowledgeable about construction-use flamethrowers (or any flamethrowers).

    i don’t think it was very windy, also that balcony is kind of in an alcove
